<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out routine servicing and fault-finding across a range of Fire & Security systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete scheduled preventative maintenance visits in line with client</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Attend reactive breakdowns and service requests within agreed response times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Diagnose system faults and implement effective repair solutions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify equipment requiring replacement or further remedial works</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately complete service documentation and compliance records</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant industry standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a high level of customer service while working on client sites</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills & Experience – Fire & Security Technician</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working within the Fire & Security industry</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Relevant educational qualifications or equivalent industry experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Electrical qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds or similar</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working on CCTV systems, including networked and traditional platforms</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable: IPAF certification (training can be provided)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK Driving Licence</p>
