<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Average Total Earnings: £43,000 – £60,000 per annum</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Additional Earnings: Paid travel, on-call and overtime allowances</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Security Engineer to join our service and reactive security operations team in St Albans.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a senior, hands-on position where you will act as the on-site technical authority, carrying out preventative maintenance, reactive fault finding and repairs across a range of electronic security systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to the wider engineering team, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and helping to develop the capability of other engineers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out preventative maintenance of electronic security systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Undertake reactive fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as the technical lead and escalation point for complex issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide technical guidance and best-practice support to other engineers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist clients and regional teams with technical issues both remotely and face-to-face.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Use manufacturer software for system configuration, diagnostics and optimisation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide professional and reliable technical support to customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain excellent standards of customer service and communication.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all works comply with relevant British Standards, legislation and company procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate documentation and service records.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take responsibility for effective management of van stock.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Mentor and support team members, helping to develop their technical skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Represent the company professionally through high standards of workmanship and conduct.</p>
