<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to support a Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will design and develop data models and architecture solutions, ensuring data is managed securely, consistently and in line with enterprise standards. The role involves working closely with solution architects, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver data integration and interoperability across complex systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: Leeds - hybrid, approximately 1 day per month onsite</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Rate: Up to £590 per day Inside IR35</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Contract: Until August 2027</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Clearance: Active, transferable SC clearance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Design, develop and maintain data models aligned with business and programme</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support data architecture across the SSO, IAM and Staff Index workstreams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Define data standards, metadata, data dictionaries and governance</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Design data integration and interoperability solutions using APIs and microservices.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Undertake data profiling, source system analysis and reverse engineering of existing data models.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assess data quality, security, compliance and integration impacts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support data lifecycle management, including upgrades, migration, archiving and decommissioning.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Define functional and non-functional requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce clear technical documentation and communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential Skills & Experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong experience in Data Architecture and Data Modelling.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven ability to design, maintain and reverse-engineer data models.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with data integration, APIs, microservices and interoperability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, data quality and data security.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Understanding of enterprise data management principles and the data lifecycle.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience defining data standards and assessing their impact and compliance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to translate business</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Desirable Skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">NHS, healthcare or public sector technology experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">TOGAF, Zachman, PEAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Messaging, directory services and interoperability standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Healthcare data standards, including SNOMED CT, FHIR, OpenEHR and EN ISO 13606.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of development environments, programming languages and platforms.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Java experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Security Clearance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Candidates must hold active, transferable UK SC clearance and be a sole British national. Clearance must meet applicable validity and continuity</p>
