Role Description & Technical Scope
Leidos is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) to support TRICARE Overseas Program beneficiaries in Sigonella, Italy. The role focuses on enrollment, education, claims support, and data management to ensure beneficiaries receive necessary healthcare services.
Qualified applicants will have U.S. citizenship, SOFA status, a Missione Visa and Soggiorno, and at least 3 years of customer service experience, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
