Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for your next exciting opportunity in Kingston?

We are currently seeking a caring, motivated and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Kingston upon Thames.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to supporting their early learning, development and school readiness.

The Role:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Assist children with their learning, communication, social skills and emotional development.

Support play-based learning and structured classroom activities.

Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

Help develop children's early literacy, numeracy and physical skills.

Observe children's progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.

Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet children's individual needs.The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

Has previous experience in an EYFS, nursery or primary school setting.

Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

Is patient, caring, enthusiastic and proactive.

Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Is passionate about helping young children learn, grow and thrive.
