Role Description & Technical Scope

EE in Truro is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor to join our lively contact centre. You’ll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through our range of tech products.

You’ll need to be an excellent listener and confident communicator, comfortable with targets, and enjoy a sociable team environment. The 20-hour week includes late shifts, and we offer competitive pay plus great benefits.
