• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for AI use and assess their impact.
  
• Collaborate with the Technical Team to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
  
• Collect and prepare high-quality data for training AI models.
  
• Train, optimize and evaluate AI models using machine learning and deep learning methods.
  
• Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure their performance and security.
  
• Provide training and technical support to ensure proper adoption of AI within the enterprise.
  
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and developments in AI to proactively apply them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  
• Thorough knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data analysis techniques.
  
• Programming skills in languages such as Python
  
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with non-technical teams.
  
• Results orientation, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and continuous learning.
  

Mode of work: Hybrid (smart working - office)

Place of work: Naples, Campania
