Brown's Hotel London, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels group, is seeking Food & Beverage Interns for a 6–12 month full-time fixed-term contract. Based in Mayfair, you will gain exposure across multiple outlets and benefit from a mentor guiding your internship.
You will work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, delivering high-quality service and supporting guest experience. The program includes a project to apply your learning and a potential permanent opportunity after completion.
