GRONBACH GMBH sucht im IT-Service-Desk-Team eine engagierte Kraft für den First-Level-Support an drei Standorten. Sie bearbeiten Anfragen, dokumentieren Probleme und unterstützen bei PCs, Druckern, Telefonen und Videokonferenzsystemen.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Second-Level-Support zusammen, lernen Systeme, Abläufe und Standards kennen und arbeiten national/international. Flexible Zeiten, mobiles Arbeiten und Weiterbildung werden geboten.
