Role Description & Technical Scope

Randstad Group sucht eine dynamische Führungspersönlichkeit als Leiter HR 80–100% in der Region Obwalden/Sarnen. Sie steuern operativ und strategisch die HR-Abteilung inklusive Lohnbuchhaltung und begleiten Recruiting, Onboarding sowie Personalentwicklung.

Sie verfügen über eine HR-Fachausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, mehrjährige Führungsverfahrung in HR/Payroll und solide Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht.
