Role Description & Technical Scope
Bidvest Noonan is seeking a CORE Control Centre Operator to monitor and coordinate active incidents across global sites in a 24/7 setting. You will review alarms, assess priority and coordinate responses with Facilities, Security and Engineering teams.
The role requires calm, methodical decision making, strong written and verbal updates, and strict adherence to SOPs while maintaining an accurate operational picture and thorough incident timelines.
