Operations Administrator

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience managing customer orders, supplier relationships and operational processes?

We're looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing team.

This is a varied role where you'll manage orders from receipt through to delivery, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and managing customer orders

Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and queries

Coordinating with suppliers to monitor production and delivery schedules

Managing quote approvals and associated documentation

Maintaining accurate records across business systems and CRM platforms

Monitoring order progress and resolving issues proactively

Working closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service   

About You

You'll have previous experience in a role such as:

Operations Administrator

Sales Administrator

Customer Service Administrator

Supply Chain Coordinator   

You'll also have:

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience dealing directly with customers and suppliers

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Confidence using CRM, ERP or business management systems

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Customer complaints or non-conformance handling This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and playing a central role in keeping operations running smoothly
