Role Description & Technical Scope
Sleep.ai is seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to lead scalability and reliability testing for its Azure-based platform. You will design test strategies, simulate real user load, and collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to prioritize fixes and improvements.
You will establish baselines, evaluate storage and queue behaviors, and deliver actionable reports. Remote/hybrid Ireland-based work supported; contract, 10–15 hours per week.
