Front-Line Manager

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Front-Line Manager to join an established business based in Bathgate . Our client operates a busy, modern bakery facility with a strong focus on developing its people.

What’s on offer?

• Full-time permanent position
• £32,500 per annum
• 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
• 7am to 7pm, OR 10am to 10pm

As a Front-Line Manager, your duties will include:

• Managing the day-to-day output of a team of operators
• Overseeing attendance, performance management and driving standards
• Recommending and implementing process improvements
• Working with a variety of teams within the organisation

To be considered as a Front-Line Manager, you will need:

• Proven experience within the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety
• Experience utilising manufacturing systems such as SAP
• A hands-on, organised approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
