IAM Consultant

As an IAM Consultant at Accenture you will design, implement and manage IAM solutions for clients, translating business needs into technical implementations. You will work within cross-functional teams to deliver governance, access and customer identity capabilities at scale. You contribute to security compliance and best-practice guidance while shaping IAM strategies. This role offers opportunities to influence client outcomes through hands-on engineering and stakeholder collaboration.

• Implement Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity
• Modernize Privileged Access solutions using CyberArk
• Develop and maintain Access Management solutions using Entra ID or Okta
• Deploy Customer Identity solutions using Okta or PingIdentity
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business issues into technical implementations
• Provide expert IAM best-practices advice
• Ensure compliance with security standards

• Bachelor's in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements
• Experience in IAM business analysis, engineering or consultancy
• Proven expertise and knowledge of IAM
• Practical experience with Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, Omada), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Access Management (Entra ID / Okta), of Customer Identity (Okta, Ping Identity, Auth0)
• Certifications in SailPoint, Saviynt or OneIdentity; CyberArk; Okta or PingIdentity; Azure/Entra ID
• Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks; CompTIA Security+
