Raffles Hotels & Resorts recherche un Directeur(trice) de restauration pour superviser les restaurants La Cuisine et Matsuhisa au Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris. Vous garantissez la performance financière et la qualité du service, tout en dirigeant et formant les équipes dédiées.
Le profil idéal combine au moins 5 ans dans l’hôtellerie de luxe, une maîtrise des standards LQA et Forbes, et une capacité à optimiser les coûts tout en maintenant l’expérience client au plus haut niveau.
