  • Aufbau und strategische Leitung der Abteilung für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie und Ambulanz
  • Führung und Supervision eines interdisziplinären Teams
  • Ganzheitliche Versorgung psychosomatischer Patienten
  • Teilnahme am ärztlichen Ruf- und Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Prozesse und Qualitätsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Sie sind Facharzt für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Hohe fachliche Expertise und Qualitätsanspruch in der Patientenversorgung
  • Starkes Engagement, Gestaltungswille und Eigenverantwortung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, authentisches Auftreten und Führungstalent
