Cyber Security Project Manager

Cyber Security Project Manager | Financial Services | London | £700 P/D

We're hiring a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead key cyber security initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

You'll own end-to-end delivery of strategic security programmes, including privileged access management (CyberArk), Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a penetration testing programme, while keeping everything aligned to regulatory requirements, risk frameworks and information security standards.

What you'll do:

Lead cyber security projects across multiple workstreams, aligned to business objectives and governance standards

Build and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budget, resources and dependencies

Work with technology, security, risk, compliance and business teams, plus third-party vendors

Track progress, flag risks and issues early, and manage mitigation and escalation

Maintain governance artefacts: RAID logs, status reports, budget forecasts and steering committee materials

Oversee testing, validation, deployment and handover to support

Report clearly to stakeholders and senior management

What you'll bring:

5+ years' project management experience in financial services

Solid grounding in cyber security principles, risk management and financial services regulation

Strong stakeholder management at all levels

Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors

Confident with MS Project, JIRA and Confluence

PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification

Nice to have:

Delivery experience with CyberArk and/or CLM

Experience running penetration testing programmes

Details:

Up to £700 P/D - Inside IR 35

6-Month initial contract

Hybrid position in London
