<p class="text-muted mb-3">Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Fire & Security division and are looking for a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team covering Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of fire and security systems across commercial properties throughout Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding region.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clients’ systems remain fully operational, reliable and compliant.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your daily responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Servicing and maintaining fire and security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing high-quality service to commercial clients, ensuring their systems are safe, secure and compliant</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs to minimise disruption to clients’ operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing service reports and relevant system documentation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Building strong working relationships with customers and site contacts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills & Experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To succeed in this role, you’ll need:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong technical knowledge of Fire & Security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience working with these systems within a commercial environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A Full UK Driving Licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work independently and manage your own workload</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable travelling across Southend-on-Sea, Essex and the surrounding areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good customer service and communication skills</p>
