<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our Security engineering team, is at the heart of our business. Multi-skilled across multiple technologies and product ranges, our engineers possess a wide range of knowledge built up over many years. Customer service oriented and driven to deliver the very best levels of engineering, our engineers take pride in their daily work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role will include a programme of mentored training and development to assist the individual as required, but also with a view to future progression and succession planning.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Servicing on our wide range of Enterprise Level CCTV and Access Control Systems, including Fire Detection and Intruder Alarm Systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Retrofit upgrades / extensions to existing systems as part of remedial works packages.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide high levels of customer service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reactive call outs to site, with an aim to provide a first-time fix.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and planned visits.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete documentation in line with company standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work as part of a 24/7 on call rota.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Advise customers on the latest products and services to improve efficiency.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Qualifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">For development purposes the following knowledge, skills and experience are required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible and self-motivated.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK manual driving licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">DBS clearance (for working in public sector environments).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Skills:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Technical expertise in predominant skillset area and deep understanding of Electronic Security and Life Safety Systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Enterprise level system experience in CCTV and Fire alarm systems (desirable).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An understanding of both conventional and addressable Fire alarm systems including Gent.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Competent admin skills with sound working knowledge of internal business systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sound commercial awareness, knowledge of design and pricing of systems and upgrades.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Service oriented but can interchange on Install related tasks when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good verbal communicator.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent team player and relationship builder.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous employment within a BAFE/ SSAIB/ NSI accredited company (desirable).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid CSCS/ECS Card (desirable).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IPAF/ PASMA/ Asbestos Awareness certification  (desirable).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of industry standard manufacturers.</p>
