The Arkema Group recherche un cadre dirigeant pour piloter la stratégie Grand Public en France, superviser environ 25 collaborateurs et optimiser la performance commerciale à travers les enseignes, le digital et les circuits GSB/GSA. Vous coordonnerez les équipes marketing, contrôle de gestion et supply chain pour atteindre marges et EBITDA.
Vous devez posséder 5 années d'expérience en commerce Grand Public dans des environnements matriciels, avec fortes capacités de négociation et de conduite
