GRUPO CIMD busca un/a Abogado/a senior para incorporarse a la Asesoría Jurídica corporativa y prestar asesoramiento mercantil-contractual a nivel nacional e internacional. Se redactarán, revisarán y negociarán contratos estratégicos para el grupo y sus sociedades en España y en el extranjero. El/la candidato/a ideal deberá aportar más de 10 años de experiencia en despacho de primer nivel o asesoría jurídica de empresa en el sector financiero, con capacidad para coordinar due diligence y acuerdos #J-18808-Ljbffr
