Due to continued growth, Prospero Teaching's Children's Educational Services (CES) division is looking for an Account Manager to join our Newcastle team.

Working with schools, local authorities and education providers, you'll play a key role in managing existing client relationships, securing tuition placements, and helping to deliver life-changing support to young people across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and developing relationships with schools, local authorities and key partner organisations

Acting as the main point of contact for your client accounts

Understanding client

requirements and matching the best tutors and support staff to their needs

Building strong relationships with candidates, clients and parents/carers

Ensuring tuition provisions are delivered successfully and to a high standard

Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue

Monitoring attendance, progress and service delivery

Providing regular updates and reports to clients

Working closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Supporting business growth through excellent account management and customer retention

Experience

Experience within account management, recruitment, customer service, sales, education or a similar relationship-focused role would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in ambitious individuals with the right attitude and transferable skills.
