Attività Previste:
- Accogliere e assistere i clienti all'ingresso
- Gestire la registrazione dei nuovi clienti
- Fornire informazioni sui servizi offerti
- Indirizzare i clienti verso le aree appropriate
- Assistere i clienti nel completamento dei moduli e delle procedure burocratiche
Requisti:
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali
- Conoscenza fluente di almeno una lingua straniera
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Attitudine al problem solving
- Orientamento al cliente e alle sue esigenze
