Role Description & Technical Scope

Responsibilities

Manage and professionalize Operations teams
Onboard, train and provide operational expertise to Operations teams
Communicate and standardize methods and best practices
Manage and optimize profitability drivers
Ensure compliance with procedures and proper use of IT tools
Contribute to the integration of newly acquired companies and the launch of new client contracts
Promote Safety

Requirements

Minimum: Associate degree (Bac+2) or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role as Operations Manager or Transport/Rental Operator
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Ability to set priorities and manage contingencies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite) required
Ability to work independently
