We have an exciting new opportunity for an administrator to join an established and prestigious client based in Leicester, LE4.

We are looking for an organised and IT literate individual to provide administrative support.

You will be working with a friendly and supportive team.

The role is varied and will involve general administrative duties such as answering incoming calls and directing accordingly, logging data accurately, and responding to emails, as well as sales invoicing.

You will have admin experience and good IT skills. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively both written and verbal.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls

Processing sales invoices

Responding to emails

Logging accurate data

Some time to be spent on reception greeting customers

Managing queries effectively

General admin duties

Requirements

Must have a good level of IT skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritise workloads

Attention to detail

Days/Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday 08:00am -17:00pm

Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm

Rate of Pay/Salary: £26,000 Per Annum
