Southam | £13-£14 per hour

Looking for a temporary administration role where you can put your organisational skills to good use? We're recruiting for an Administrator to support a busy team at a well-established engineering business in Southam.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous office administration experience who can hit the ground running and provide support with day-to-day administrative tasks.

The Role

You'll help keep things running smoothly by providing general office support, maintaining accurate records and assisting colleagues with a range of administrative duties.

The Details

Location: Southam

Pay: £13-£14 per hour doe

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm

Type: Temporary  Your responsibilities will include:

Providing general administrative and office support.

Completing data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Handling paperwork, emails and documentation.

Updating internal systems and keeping information organised.

Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative requirements.

Helping ensure the office runs efficiently.  What We're Looking For

Previous administration or office support experience.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

A reliable, proactive approach and willingness to help where needed.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
