Role Description & Technical Scope
NiCE in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to own the architecture of AI-led delivery platforms. You will shape design decisions, lead AI-driven implementation and validation in cloud-based, multi-server environments, and set intent while orchestrating implementation.
You will mentor engineers, drive security, scalability and API strategy, collaborate with Product Management, and ensure responsible AI use.
