Our International client is a strong player in the construction and exploitation of biogas plants. They produce, sell, distribute green electricity and heat. They have a dynamic development of biogas, biomethane production in Poland.

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for a Service/Maintenance Manager based in Poland, Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Planning, analysis and drawing conclusions related to service and maintenance based on production and technical data, aimed at optimizing the operation of biogas installations
• Optimization of service and maintenance costs by coordinating repair and maintenance activities, especially on installations that do not generate a satisfactory operating margin
• Managing orders for resources and materials necessary for service and maintenance, as well as conducting economic analyzes to optimize operating costs
• Cooperation with technical, purchasing and logistics teams to ensure business continuity and effectiveness of service and maintenance processes
• Monitoring service and maintenance performance metrics and reporting performance to management to identify areas of improvement

Skills and Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in service and maintenance positions
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Team management skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work interdisciplinary and see a broader operational perspective
• Independence in action and ability to implement projects
• Knowledge of IT tools, including MS Office, and maintenance management systems
• Higher technical education, preferred fields related to energy, mechanics or industrial automation
