SHARF busca un Analista de Atracción de Talento para liderar procesos de selecciónStaff y TI, aplicando headhunting y reclutamiento IT. Diseñarás estrategias de atracción y coordinarás con líderes de área para alinear necesidades y requisitos.

Se responsabilizará de cumplir KPIs, asegurar tiempos y calidad de contratación, y garantizar el cumplimiento legal y documental de los ingresantes. Horario híbrido con opción de home office varios días a la semana.
