Quality Engineer

A global leading manufacturer of advanced engineered solutions to the Aerospace, Automotive and Defence sectors is expanding and has new vacancy for a Quality Engineer. Offering excellent career opportunities, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products meet with customer

requirements by working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality processes, oversee inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry and customer

requirements.

Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System, ensure quality processes, procedures, and work instructions are effective and compliant.

Work closely with engineering & production to improve product quality to ensure the highest quality standards.

Monitor change in customer specifications ensuring process owners implement change when required.

The Person

Experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, defence, etc).

Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions

Excellent understanding of quality assurance management principles and practice.

In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
