Role Description & Technical Scope
ALTHEA Lyon recherche un Manager / Senior Manager SIRH Paie et GTA pour conduire des missions de transformation RH pour nos clients grands comptes et middle market. Vous piloterez des programmes SIRH Paie et GTA, cadrages, AMOA et changement managériel.
Vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe intrapreneuriale avec un accès direct au CODIR ALTHEA, et participerez au développement du pôle en intégrant la RPA et l'IA dans les processus RH.
