Deckhand/Mate

We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand/Mate for a 25m sailing yacht based in Spain. In this permanent position, you will work alongside a small crew of three, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. Responsibilities include maintaining deck equipment, assisting with navigation and watchkeeping, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role requires a proactive approach to daily tasks and a commitment to providing support in various on-board functions. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in sailing yachts, strong teamwork skills, and a solid understanding of maritime operations. A passion for sailing and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the crew are essential. The yacht will be cruising the Caribbean Sea, providing opportunities for varied experiences.
