Role Description & Technical Scope

Le Centre E.LECLERC de RIXHEIM recrute un(e) ASSISTANTE COMPTABLE.

Ged

  • Remplissage champs de la GED avec les factures
  • Rapprochement des BL de la facture et valorisation des BL
  • Lien établit dans la GED entre le BL, la facture et le règlement

Aladin

  • Entrée des BL dans Aladin (logiciel interne)
  • Contrôle des écarts entre les proformas et les factures
  • Relations fournisseurs et manager de rayon

Space x

  • Saisie des factures validées dans la GED et dans Aladin
  • Suivi et facturation des ristournes directes avec les chefs de rayons
  • Etablissement du cut off pour le bilan et les situations
