Role Description & Technical Scope
RDT busca un Líder para la Disciplina Civil/estructural para dirigir la ingeniería en proyectos de energía, asegurando calidad, plazos y presupuesto. Actuará como punto de contacto técnico con clientes y la dirección, coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y supervisando entregables.
Requiere 10–15 años de experiencia en disciplina civil/estructural y dominio de STAAD.Pro, SAP2000 o CYPE, con alto nivel de inglés. Se valorarán habilidades de liderazgo y mejora continua en procesos.
