• Oversee customer consulting projects implementing Autodesk solutions and technologies
• Collaborate with customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needs
• Translate project visions into clear goals for delivery teams
• Coordinate project scoping with customers, interdepartmental teams, and account teams
• Develop project plans, schedules, and controls using standard project management software and tools
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and quality targets, and manage risks
• Manage external contractors, including contracting, delivery, and invoicing
• Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees
• Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews

Требования

• 5–10 Years of project management experience in Professional Services or Consulting, with experience in the IT, AEC, or MFG industry
• Experience in customer-facing roles and building customer relationships
• Working proficiency in English and French
• Structured and organized approach, with clear goal-setting
• Value processes and compliance
• Comfortable managing several projects in parallel
• Appreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty
• Interest in project management and commitment to continuous development in the field
• Demonstrate team management skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset
• Будет плюсом: PMP or similar certification, Agile knowledge or certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP), affinity for AI and a proactive approach to applying AI to project management, additional European languages, Spanish

Условия

• Starting base salary for Spain-based roles: between 42,000 EUR and 61,600 EUR; offers are based on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
• Compensation may include annual cash bonuses, sales commissions, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
• The role may require in-person onboarding and/or in-person ID verification.
• Barcelona office location; within commuting distance.
• Hybrid workplace arrangement.
