Role Description & Technical Scope
Penderels Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate, one-to-one support for a young person in Rugby. The role focuses on personal care, socialisation, and daily activities in a home environment.
You will work on-site, with part-time hours, and ensure safety; DBS disclosure is required. Prior SEN experience and a patient, open-minded approach are essential to help the individual engage with new environments and community activities.
