We need to make sure that when a CIO, COO, or VP Operations is actively searching and comparing solutions for "AI agents in the enterprise," "process intelligence," or "automating quote-to-cash," Tekst is the answer they find on the paid channels where buyers show real intent — Google Ads, LinkedIn, and beyond. That is why this role exists.

What you'll be doing

As part of the Marketing team, you will own paid acquisition end to end:

• Build and scale paid search (SEA) campaigns on Google Ads that turn qualified intent into pipeline. You own the budget, the experiments, and the numbers.

• Build and scale paid social and account-based campaigns on LinkedIn (and other relevant channels) to reach the CIOs, COOs, and VPs Operations who make the buying decisions.

• Own the full funnel from click to qualified pipeline: landing pages, conversion tracking, retargeting, and continuous testing of creative, copy, and audiences.

• Work closely with our agency to turn category narrative into high-converting campaign assets: ad copy, landing pages, and offers built for enterprise buyers.

• Report weekly on what is working and what is not, with a clear line from ad spend to qualified pipeline and CAC.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS paid marketing, with proven results in SEA and/or paid social, ideally in a demand gen or ABM context.

• Hands-on experience with the modern paid stack: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and CRM/attribution tools.

• Comfortable using AI as a working partner. You use Claude and Cursor daily to move faster.

• Strong analytical instincts. You think in funnels, conversion rates, and CAC.

• Proficiency in written and verbal English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
