Business Development Manager

Find and win new iGaming customers. Run demos, understand their needs, and show how Eonnum can improve their operations.

You'll drive Eonnum's growth by building relationships with iGaming operators, affiliate networks, and performance marketing teams. From the first conversation to product demo and commercial negotiation, you'll help potential customers understand where Eonnum creates value and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

• Identify and reach out to potential customers across the iGaming industry.
• Run discovery calls and product demos with operators, networks, and marketing teams.
• Understand customer workflows, problems, and commercial needs.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through negotiation and closing.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
• Represent Eonnum at industry conferences, events, and meetings.
• Keep CRM and sales pipeline data accurate and up to date.
• Share market feedback and customer insights with the product team.

What we're looking for

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry.
• Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable running product demos and speaking with decision-makers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is a strong advantage.
• Existing network within the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
