We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run dealership in Rugby for the position of Used Car Sales Executive.

Basic salary of £20,000

Uncapped commission with potential to earn £45,000+ OTE annually

Full-time hours, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota

Selling a range of high-quality used vehicles to customers

Handling customer enquiries and following up on sales opportunities

Achieving and exceeding unit and sales targets

Maximising every sales opportunity to boost performance

Providing excellent customer service from initial enquiry to vehicle handover

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive

Previous experience in car sales is preferred; however, trainee individuals with the right attitude will be considered

Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Good work ethic and motivation to succeed in sales

Target-driven with a focus on earning potential
