Role Description & Technical Scope
Howden is seeking a Head of Certificate Operations in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule. You will lead Howden US Certificate and Auto-ID functions, ensuring COIs are issued, transferred, and delivered accurately, timely, and in regulatory compliance.
You will build governance, automate processes, mentor managers and analysts, and partner with carriers, client service and technology teams to drive efficiency and an exceptional client experience at scale.
