Chartered Building Surveyor

In this role you will join the Exeter-based South West team to deliver architecture and building surveying services across residential and commercial portfolios. You will lead project delivery, specification, tendering and contract administration for works from 30k to 2m, while conducting pre-purchase surveys, schedules of condition and maintenance planning. You’ll provide defect analysis and reinstatement cost assessments, supporting client relationships and business growth.
