AXA Direct Assurance recherche un/une Responsable pôle Stratégie Indemnisation Sinistres (F/H) à Suresnes, rattaché(e) à la Direction Sinistres. Vous piloterez l’équipe Auto et Habitation et contribuerez aux orientations stratégiques, en améliorant les processus et les parcours clients.
Vous managez 11 référents métiers sur trois sites, coordonnez les évolutions d’outils comme Solaris et Webmail, et assurez le backlog avec la Direction informatique.
