Sephora France recherche un expert en Performance Marketing pour piloter l'acquisition Search Payant & Organique sur le marché France & Belgique (Web & App). Vous définirez la stratégie, la roadmap et les budgets afin d'améliorer le ROAS et le CA, tout en assurant la cohérence multi-équipe (Branding, COAD Europe, CRM).
Vous collaborerez avec les agences et un consultant SEO/GEO, challenerez les résultats et contribuerez aux modèles d'allocation et aux mesures ROI.
