Clear Skye IAM Engineer

As an IAM Consultant, you will implement and configure ServiceNow Clearskye IAM integration for a global client. You will work on admin, configuration, and development tasks across ServiceNow ITSM modules and beyond, ensuring seamless identity governance and access management. You’ll lead technical solutions, integrations with Oracle Fusion and Active Directory, and platform upgrades while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers hands-on implementation work with a focus on scalable governance and secure access. You will shape the integration approach and drive impactful outcomes for the business.

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Clearskye IAM integration for the client
• Admin, configuration and development work in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM, Virtual Agent)
• Work on non-ITSM modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM)
• Integrate with Oracle Fusion and Active Directory
• Utilize SQL, HTML and CSS for development tasks
• Develop UI Actions/UI Policy/ACLs and ESS content management
• Write server-side scripts (Script Includes) and apply ACLs for security
• Expose SOAP and REST API integrations and monitor SNOW integrations
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery and manage data
• Design and implement technical solutions, support testing and upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and standardize processes
• Support platform upgrades and ongoing platform improvements

• ServiceNow admin, configuration and development experience
• Mandatory experience with Clear Skye IAM
• Experience with ITSM modules and non-ITSM modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM)
• Experience with integrations to Oracle Fusion and Active Directory
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML and CSS
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders
• Experience with UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs
• Server-side scripting (Script Includes) and ESS content management
• ACL-based security and SNOW integration (SOAP/REST)
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and data management
• Ability to define integration requirements and support platform upgrades
