Associate Electrical or Mechanical

ASSOCIATE ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL ENGINEER | HEALTHCARE | MANCHESTER

What if your next move wasn't just another Associate role?

What if you could actually build something?

I'm working with an established consultancy in Manchester that is looking to grow its healthcare offering — and they're looking for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to help lead the charge.

This is about more than designing services and managing projects.

It's about:

⚡ Leading and developing a team

🏥 Growing a healthcare portfolio

🤝 Building relationships with key clients

📈 Helping win new work

👥 Mentoring and developing engineers

🧠 Being a technical leader — not just a project manager

You'll have the backing of an established business, but the opportunity to make your own mark on the Manchester healthcare team.

We're open to Electrical or Mechanical backgrounds.

You might already be an Associate, or you could be a strong Senior Engineer who is ready to step up and take ownership.

If you're currently thinking:

"I could build this better."

This might be the conversation to have.
