Role Description & Technical Scope

Une entreprise industrielle de premier plan en France recherche un(e) Responsable de Production pour piloter un atelier stratégique. Avec une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans un environnement technique, dont 5 en management, vous serez responsable de 80 collaborateurs et jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation du site. Vous apporterez une forte culture mécanique et des principes de Lean Manufacturing, tout en naviguant dans un environnement complexe, tout en rejoignant une équipe passionnée de production.
