Role Description & Technical Scope
MAGORA recrute un(e) Responsable formation et alternance au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines d’Aix-en-Provence. Vous pilotez le développement des compétences et la fidélisation des collaborateurs, en partenariat avec les opérationnels, et prenez en charge le déploiement des actions liées à l’alternance.
Vos missions incluent l’organisation et le suivi des formations, la gestion administrative et financière, et la relation avec les organismes et OPCO.
