Achil recherche un(e) gestionnaire comptable copropriété pour assurer la tenue et le suivi financier d'un portefeuille de copropriétés à Lyon. Vous serez chargé(e) des appels de fonds, du suivi des charges, et du traitement des factures fournisseurs.
Profil recherché: formation en comptabilité et expérience en comptabilité copropriété ou immobilière, sens de l’organisation et du travail en équipe. La connaissance du cadre comptable des copropriétés serait un plus.
