Senior Consultant/Manager, AI/ML Engineer, AI Scaling and Transformation, Engineering, AI & Data, Technology & Transformation

In this AI/ML Engineer role, you will design, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions for clients within Deloitte’s AI Scaling and Transformation team. You’ll translate business needs into production-grade ML systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value. You’ll apply responsible AI, security and governance throughout the lifecycle while focusing on scalable, robust AI deployments. • Translate business challenges into AI/ML solution designs with stakeholders
• Design, build, test and deploy ML models, Generative AI components, data pipelines and analytics solutions
• Own technical deliverables and ensure alignment with requirements, plans and quality standards
• Support deployment and operation of AI systems, including monitoring and CI/CD/MLOps practices
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, analysts and engineers to integrate AI into broader tech environments
• Apply responsible AI, security, privacy and governance across development lifecycle
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster continuous improvement

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, AI, ML or related field
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML/Generative AI solutions in a consulting, commercial or tech delivery setting
• Experience translating requirements into measurable outcomes with stakeholders
• Ability to own deliverables, manage priorities and communicate progress clearly
• Experience in data-intensive, regulated or complex enterprise environments (advantageous)
